Are you full?

I don’t think I have ever been “full”. Full seems like a final statement.
Full of family?…No.
Full of life?…no
Full of knowledge?…nope.
Full of the spiritual?…no way.

I don’t know full.

Full must be like being pregnant…at the end when you are full for sure…and then just like *that*…you are very NOT full…

Full must be fleeting or it must be the end, or what the end should be…. but I have never been full.
I am far too hungry to be full.

~STOP~
Perhaps the heat has fried my brain…it was 95* by ten o’clock this morning… Did you write a 5Minute Friday? I would love to read it. Can you believe most Fridays I almost read every single one at The Gypsy Mama? Well I do. I love it just that much. Today I think I sort of missed the mark… but maybe not. I think perhaps it’s just something I need to chew on some more. I just have too many other messages swimming (Ahh swimming) around in my head. Please tell me if you wrote today!~T

Ah yes, there is always more to be poured in…more family, more knowledge, more wisdom, more of a life brimming, and always more of Him who is our Maker to be filling and filling again and again…a flowing process that never ends…Him pouring in, and us pouring out to others. May your day be full and blessed!

    Oh thanks! Right back atcha.
I think the hunger and thirst keeps me at my best….when I don’t care about the hunger and thirst I slack off.

I don’t think you missed the mark, in fact, you can’t since it is non-edited writing 🙂

Full is easily fleeting for me too, so easy to lose sight of it!

True that my friend, in this heat I am lucky I didn’t write solely about filling water troughs.

This is such a unique way to see “full.” I think you are right. We can never be full of those things that are so precious. I really enjoyed this.

I agree. Is being full like saying “enough”? If so, let us never be full. 🙂

You are right. Whenever we get something we like we can’t stop asking for more then we’re not full of it. This is a wonderful post.

Like it and voted for you 🙂

I know that when we’ve been laughing like hyenas And no sound is coming out my heart is full.

I wrote about the empty/full thing too. I think we maybe aren’t supposed to remain full– maybe that’s why it’s such a difficult thing for us to define or get a good sense of… I loved what your pictures “said” to me. The young hands… the empty nest….
