You think you are just waiting.
Just clinging to something but feeling like you are just paused.
Waiting.
In
You look around and think nothing is happening.
Who told you that?
Was it self?
You mean the self that doesn’t get to go into eternity?
The one whose work counts only here on Earth?
The one made from dust?
What if you take a second look?
Look closely?
Faith requires a filter.
You have gone through many things?
Inspired many people.
Is that not growth?

Self screaming you were not growing….you were sitting in silence…. just waiting around.
Look closer.
You are quietly growing
expanding
ripening.

You are not mono faceted….
You are a garden
Don’t listen to the snake.
Believe and walk in the growth.

Hey we are neighbors today….growth…silence… the theme of these days…quietly growing and ripening. All my post these days seem to spring board from biology with my daughter….planting…germination…

Beautiful words! I love how the growth process sometimes seems slow but that when we look back, we can always see how far we’ve come…especially when we stand in the light!

You know with a plant you have to look hard to see growth happening. It just happens and overnight you think, “my, that plant is getting big!” Like with us, there is growth even when we don’t see it as it happens. I loved your poetry. Thank you for stopping by my place.
