Raw Love.

January 19, 2012

The man of my dreams picked me…and I am not that sweet.  So it’s funny that he has a sweet tooth which wraps around his brain…it seems.

For years now he hasn’t been able to eat sugar….dairy….gluten…starches… the list goes on.

So when I can find him something which  tastes like dessert but is just health food I make it happen.

Because he is wonderful… and he deserves great things

and I am good at taking not so sweet ingredients and making them delicious.

Cacao Covered Strawberry Recipe:

Valentines is coming up and I wanted to offer this recipe out so you could have the ingredients ready..

i’d like to give a praise report. those strawberries are good for what ails ya…like low energy before you teach 11 2-5 year olds how to hip hop. They are also guilt free…and in this resolution world we live in are defintely what you need when you gotta “cut the grease” after dinner – without blowing your diet. (or new eating lifestyle)

I pray you are returned in something sweet too…God loves a cheerful giver and a sweet one counts too.

Ummm… I think the husband buys the powder through Sunfoods.com ?? I know we have bought the nibs through simply organic frontier also…I should check if they sell the powder.
… The sauce is super good on cashews and bananas… The list goes on for you or me… He can only have a few things, lol

I LOVE this. We make it with maple syrup (I know thats not raw) or raw honey. Which is also very tasty! There are so many wasy to use it! Just putting fresh nut butter on a spoon and dipping it is one of my favs though! 🙂
