Without agenda… or, another word for you.
(I have typed a few posts and they all get stopped halfway through writing…and it always comes back to this word for you…So without fighting it any longer… I will just put it out there for you…and then maybe I can finish the other posts)
Come to Him without an agenda.
Without pleas for friends…direction… finances. Just come to Him with want.
A want to know him…not to know about Him…but to know what makes Him love His people….to know Him.
Sit with Him.
Allow yourself to be vulnerable to hearing. The vulnerability that tells you, you may be rejected or hear condemnation or worse yet nothing… let Him step in…let Him be your Savior.
Let Him be your Savior in the every day.
Let Him be your Savior in your weakness…. your weakness is where you accept in the lies spoken over you…or into you…those places where you nodded yes to the lies.
He will come in and save you from it… He will be your Savior in your weakness. Come to Him without agenda…His Provision doesn’t look like you always think it should.
Once this happens… the fruit of your life will reflect your intimacy with him.
Let your prayers reflect (and they already do, like it or not) your trust…your love… your peace in Him. Lay down your need for answers about the future… and enter into the now where He is waiting.
Once you see how clearly He loves you in each moment… you will see Him clearly in each future moment.
Your prayers reflect your level of intimacy with Him…
Get to a place where you trust Him with your heart as you cling to His.
So what did He say to you? Can you share it here? This needed to be put out here… so I know it must be resonating within you. He loves you so much.~T
Yes. I do struggle with trust. The deep truth I am hearing for me is, even
Though my reality doesn’t look like what I expected doesn’t mean that he is not in it. I doesnt mean I have failed, or I’m out of His will, it just appears differently than what I’d imagined.
yes HE is there… right where you run out…that is where we get to the point where we can allow Him to complete the good work…
not to sound to christianese…lol.

So friends, direction, and finances are pretty much the three things I’m praying about most these days. And I was just thinking the night before you posted this, that I need to stop just asking for things in my prayer life, and just meet with God. Thanks for not fighting it and posting. I’ve been coming back to this throughout the day.
wow… yes there is nothing wrong with asking for things… I mean it says it right there…”knock and the door shall open”… but there is something very heavy and intense about coming Him just to know Him…
it takes a faith and a vulnerability.
