Get a Grip.
Nothing is as it seems…. if you are aware of the spiritual and natural.
The gossipy girl who can never seem to stop hanging out others dirty laundry…. she pins up each piece as she calls out, “Did you hear?”
She is just so hurt that she thinks if she keeps flapping others dirty shirts in front of you… you won’t look over and see her overflowing laundry basket.
What if we stopped.
Stop.
What if we saw through the natural to the spiritual need in each moment. Let’s claim each moment as His.
Sit Him rightfully on a throne.
Open your eyes till they are so squeezed shut your lashes tangle….
now look.
See the hurt of her. See the need of her. You can claim it for Him. No offending words needed.
Just ask her about her life. Ask her about the basket behind her… help her grasp the handle….to get handle on it.
Because the whipping and cracking of other peoples dirty towels is her way of distracting you… But now you can grasp the tell tale signs.
You know the code of a desperate cry.
Now we all know.
(wanted to go into a few more examples …but I am participating in 5minuteFriday…which is within the confines of 5minutes)
amen!
thank God for early morning conversations…and late night realizations

Amen, amen.
Beauty…
When we make an effort to just be quiet and not add to the conversation, a loud message is send… I don’t gossip! Great post!
