Longest Day of the Year.
Sometimes when you are intently waiting for something , everything else is overlooked. You stare so intently on a goal you forget entirely the world has continued to spin. Your vision may get so focused on one thing… you barely notice all the blessings bursting around you.

I am reminded how strong my girls are:: when I watch them sit by the pool and read… or swim for hours.
I am reminded of how thankful I am for my grandmother:: when I see her up and about laughing one moment at her grandsons… or rolling her eyes at my grandfather.
I am reminded at how amazing my sons are:: as they produce shelves and wooden swords everyday.
I am reminded how awesome it is to have a level headed teenager (oh my gosh!) with a servants heart:: as I drop him off to help with a friends house renovation.
I am reminded that I don’t need to tend to everything:: when I go out to the much overlooked garden and things are thriving in my neglect.
I am reminded I still have some wits about me:: when I can weed through the HTML code on my new Tutorials page.
I am reminded that everybody has a birthday:: when I go into labor and wake up pregnant every morning.
I am reminded all the time that I have very little control over things:: when everyone calls and texts me that today would be a great day to have a baby.
I am reminded how much everyone loves us:: when they call and text us that today would be the perfect day to have a baby.
When I go into Labor and wake up pregnant every morning? Mistyping or a hint?
no I have had great contractions and I think…”okay shows getting started”… then a few hours later I wake up around 5:30am and …still pregnant.
I just keep waking up pregnant, lol.

One day very soon you won’t.praying for you all day each day. ( arrow prayers going up) you’ve got this. You have a great team. A triple braided cord won’t be broken…….
Soon and very soon!! Hugs
I can totally relate to that end of pregnancy wait…especially being a multiparous woman! Friends just “didn’t get it” that it really felt like I was in labor for days. I pray you do not have as long a wait as I did with Baby #4…he was fully 15 days “overdue” and came out a whopping 11 pounds! But it was the easiest and shortest labor with the best recovery! Blessings to you and your family! Thank you for being generous enough to share your emotions at this late stage in pregnancy. You have encouraged me to look for the blessings in my day today! 🙂
